REQUIREMENTS
ECCO is looking to collaborate with an creative Architectural firm who:
• is experienced in working with/in developing countries,
• is interested in Tropical climates, Eco friendly projects or are experts in
music/acoustic projects.
• wish to be part of the project from Concept-design to Completion of the building.
• will take part in the capacity building, training of local partners.

THREE MAIN CONSIDERATIONS
1 THE ELEMENTS, Tropical climate -Sun, Heat, rain, wind, light, darkness.
2 ENVIORMENTAL AWARENESS - Eco friendly, Local materials, deforestation in Sahel..
3 CONTRASTS - Between the traditional & contemporary, Acoustics and silence..

CONCEPT PROVISION
In answering to the brief we would like, in the first instance, initial concepts presented
in the form of: a Concept presentation, Scale drawings, 3D Visuals and Scale model, a
fee-proposal and a preliminary budget for the whole project.

• dance, drama, music & theory
• Restaurant/kitchen/Bar
• Exhibition and film possibilities
• Concert hall inside/outside
• Music studio for recording
• Conference hall
• Offices

• Accommodation for students
• Visiting lecturers & staff (approx: 60 persons)
